سياسة الاسترجاع
يحق للعميل طلب استرداد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء، بشرط عدم الاستفادة الكاملة من الخدمة، ويتم مراجعة الطلب خلال 3 أيام عمل من تاريخ تقديمه.
الشروط والمتطلبات:
- يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال المدة المحددة (7 أيام)
- عدم الاستفادة الكاملة من محتوى الدورة
- توفير بيانات صحيحة وحديثة للعميل
- عدم نقل المحتوى لأطراف أخرى
سياسة الخصوصية
تلتزم المنصة بالحفاظ على سرية بيانات العميل وعدم مشاركتها مع أي طرف ثالث إلا بما يقتضيه القانون أو بما يلزم لتحسين وتقديم الخدمة.
حماية البيانات والالتزامات:
- تشفير جميع البيانات الشخصية باستخدام تقنيات حديثة
- عدم بيع البيانات لأطراف ثالثة تحت أي ظروف
- حق العميل في الوصول وتعديل بيانته في أي وقت
- استخدام البيانات فقط لأغراض تحسين الخدمة
- حذف البيانات عند طلب العميل
سياسة الشحن
يتم شحن جميع المنتجات من خلال شركة أرامكس المعتمدة، وتختلف مدة التوصيل حسب الدولة والمدينة المستلمة.
مدة التوصيل المتوقعة:
- داخل المملكة العربية السعودية: 3-5 أيام عمل
- دول الخليج (الإمارات، قطر، الكويت، البحرين، عمان): 5-7 أيام عمل
- دول أخرى في الشرق الأوسط: 7-10 أيام عمل
- دول أخرى: 7-14 يوم عمل
الشروط العامة
بالتسجيل والاستخدام لخدمات أكاديمية غاية، يوافق العميل على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه والالتزام بجميع القوانين والقواعد المعمول بها على المنصة.
الحقوق والالتزامات:
- نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت
- سيتم إخطار المستخدمين بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني
- استخدام المحتوى للأغراض التعليمية الشخصية فقط
- عدم الاستخدام غير القانوني أو الضار للمنصة
Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not been fully used. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days of submission.

Shipping Policy
All shipments are processed through Aramex, a certified shipping company, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and city.

- GCC Countries (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): 5-7 business days
- Other Middle East countries: 7-10 business days
- Other countries: 7-14 business days

By registering and using the services of Ghayah Academy, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned above and commits to complying with all applicable laws and rules on the platform.
